By using Quizeto, you agree to follow these terms and applicable rules shown for a specific quiz, contest, campaign, or reward. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
You must be able to enter into these terms under the rules that apply where you live. Additional eligibility conditions may be shown for a particular contest or reward.
Accounts
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Administrative features remain restricted by role and permission checks.
Guest Participation
Quizeto may allow play without an account through a guest participant identifier. Guest progress and reward options may differ from account features, and clearing cookies can affect the ability to resume guest activity.
Quiz Usage
Quiz content is provided for learning and entertainment. Results depend on submitted answers and the applicable scoring rules. Do not attempt to access another participant’s attempts or hidden answer data.
Contest Participation
Contests may be upcoming, live, lifetime, or ended and may have timing, joining, question, leaderboard, and eligibility rules. Participation does not guarantee a particular rank or reward.
Fair Play
Do not automate participation, manipulate timing or scores, coordinate fraudulent attempts, exploit defects, or interfere with other participants. Quizeto may disregard activity that cannot be validated.
Rewards and Coins
Coins and promotional rewards are application features governed by their displayed conditions. They are not represented as cash, deposits, or guaranteed financial value. Balances may change through valid earning, spending, adjustment, expiry, or reversal events supported by the service.
Reward Eligibility and Claims
Claims may require authentication, participant ownership, availability, campaign or leaderboard eligibility, and other validation. A displayed opportunity does not guarantee approval if the underlying requirements are not met.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the service, probe restricted systems, submit malicious content, impersonate others, evade access controls, scrape protected information, or use Quizeto unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
Quizeto’s branding, interface, and original content are protected as applicable. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership.
Service Availability
Features may be changed, paused, corrected, or discontinued. Quizeto does not promise uninterrupted availability, permanent access to a particular quiz or contest, or preservation of every guest session.
Suspension and Termination
Access may be limited or ended where needed to address misuse, security, invalid participation, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms, subject to applicable law.
Disclaimers
Quizeto is provided on an available basis. Quiz content can contain errors or become outdated, and users should not treat general quiz material as professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service operator is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use, inability to use, interrupted participation, or reliance on quiz content. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be updated as Quizeto changes. Continued use after an updated version is published may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
Governing Law and Contact
No jurisdiction, company registration, postal address, or dedicated contact is stated because that information is not configured in the available project. Applicable law determines any mandatory rights. Use the support channel shown in Quizeto when one is provided.
